BGM LUNCH, CTRE AND GAMES/ACTIVITIES PROGRAM

TIME : 0900 HRS – 1700 HRS
VENUE : Grand Ballroom & Tanjung Room, Shangri-la Tanjung Aru

Dear all,
In conjunction with STGA BGM on 29th May 2022, EXCO has decided to hold a “Get-Together” lunch with
Games/activities & CTRE. We have acquired sponsorships for the venue and lots of lucky draw prizes.
However, we would need a commitment from members who are keen to participate in this so that we can
plan ahead and not waste any funds.
Dateline for registration is 15th May 2022(Sunday)
PROGRAM:
09:00am-12pm : CTRE (Community Based Tourism – pending approval) RM30
09:00am – 12pm : Games/Activities for non-CTRE participants (Free)
10:30am : Tea break (both CTRE & Games/Activities participants)
11:00am-12pm : CTRE participants will have hands-on on the community based activities
Non-CTRE participants continued with games/activities
12pm – 12:45pm : Lunch with Lucky draws
1pm – 5pm : BGM commencement
Tea break before New office bearers election
5pm : End of program
