Sabah Tourist Guides Association established in 1977. A platform to assist the welfare, facilitate licensed tourist guides / members in Sabah, as well as to act as the tourism ambassador to the state of Sabah and Malaysia.

Today also fondly known as STGA, it is the oldest Tourist Guides Association in Sabah. Sabah guides under STGA are known to be most dynamic, hospitable and knowledgable guides in Malaysia, winning numerous awards, recognized for its guiding professionalism and expertise in many fields and topic.
