*Office closed until further notice*

Dear members,

Please be informed that following our PM’s recent announcement on the ‘Movement Control Order’ extension, *STGA office will remain closed until further notice .*

In order to serve members who may need our services during this period, please pay attention to the followings :

*1) Payment of membership/ sub fees*
_1st step_
Check your membership status via sending info (FULL NAME/ TG NO/ IC) to STGA hotline No. 011-58855139.

_2nd Step_
After receiving our reply, you may
make payment via bank transfer to :
Sabah Tourist Guides Association,
Maybank A/C No:010013032185 and forward your bank in slip to the said hotline.
Receipt will be issued and forward to you via whatsapp

*2) Collection of Free CTRE certificates*

FYI, Motac does accept scanned copy of Ctre cert now.
We can snap a picture of your cert as per yr request for the purpose of renewing yr License while original cert can be collected when our office reopens again.

*3) Any other URGENT matters*
You may whatsapp to the hotline 011-58855139 or contact any of our Exco for assistance

为了响应首相最近宣佈延长［行动管制令］ *本会将继续关闭运营至另行通知*

为了在此期间为可能需要我们服务的会员提供服务，请注意以下几点:

*1)支付会员费*
_第一步骤_
通过发送信息将个人资料(如名字, 导遊证及身份证号码) 传发至本会服务热线011-58855139
查询会员身份及年费记录
_第二步骤_
收到我们回复后，可以通过银行转帐付款到 Sabah Tourist Guides Association
马来亚银行账户

并转发你的汇款单到热线 011-58855139。
收据将通过 whatsapp转发给你

*2)领取免付费的CTRE Cert*
Motac现在己可以接受 Ctre Cert 的扫描副本
我们可以根据你的要求为你的 Ctre Cert 拍照以作为更新导遊证之用，等会所重新开放时你再到本会所领取正本。

*3) 其他紧急事项*
如有紧急事件，可以将信息传发至 *热线011-58855139* 或者连络本会任何一位执委寻求协助
