RE : NOTICE OF 9TH BIENNIAL GENERAL MEETING (BGM)
Notice is hereby given that the 9th Biennial General Meeting of STGA will be held on:-
Date : 31st March 2018
Time : 06:30pm
Venue : Sri Tanjung Seafood Restaurant, Jalan Haji Saman, Kota Kinabalu
AGENDA :-
- Call to Order.
- Establishment of Quorum.
- Confirmation of 8th BGM Minutes held on 31st March 2016.
- To receive the Committee’s Report.
- To receive and adopt the Audited account for the year ended 2016 & 2017 together with the Auditor’s Report thereon.
- To elect 15 Office Bearers for the year 2018 to 2019 as stated in our Constitution 15.13.2
- To appoint an Auditor.
- To consider any other business of which not less than SEVEN (7) working days’ Notice has been deposited in writing with the Hon. Secretary.
- Adjournment / Refreshment.

Notes:
Nomination form can be collected from STGA Office, 3rd Floor, Wisma Sabah from today onwards during the office hours MONDAY to FRIDAY (except Public Holiday) at 530pm to 700pm. All duly signed and completed nomination forms to be deposited at STGA office on or before 23rd March 2018.
Article 15 – 15.20.2 – Any two (2) Ordinary Members may nominate any Ordinary Member(s) for inclusion into the voting paper with the written consent of the person so nominated within a week before the BGM.
Article 15 – 15.15 – No member shall be entitled to vote in person unless all monies for the time being payable by him/her to the Association has been paid.
Article 9 – 9.19 – All members of the EXCO and every officer performing Executive functions in the Association shall be MALAYSIAN CITIZENS.
