We are a fast growing local Travel Agency with main market mostly from China and Hong Kong.
We are looking for fresh graduate student or practical student to fill the vacancies in our company.

Offered Positions:

1. TOURIST ASSISTANCE/LICENSE TOURIST GUIDE
Responsibility: – Guiding and conducting the tour itinerary from island tour to land tour.
– Reporting to management the tour report and collecting sales if necessary
– Planning the tour ahead like contact guests and transportation.

2. OFFICE RESERVATION
Responsibility: – Scheduling and planning tour itinerary
– Dealing with walk in customer
– Up-dating any changes to guide, transportation and management

3. COLLECTOR & CUSTOMER SERVICES
Responsibility: – Collect tour fees from guest,
– Up-dating tour itinerary
– In-charge of customer service matters

Requirement:

1. Must be able to speak in Mandarin
2. Candidate must possess at least SPM/”O”-Level/ Certificated or Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent.
3. With or without working experience.
4. Good personality, good interpersonal skill, able to work with minimum supervision and willing to learn.
5. IT literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
