MORNING & AFTERNOON SESSION
OUTDOOR PROGRAMME

6.30a.m      –       Meet at the Car park of Pacific Sutera Hotel , 1 Sutera Harbour Blvd, K. Kinabalu

6.40a.m       –      Registration for 2 CTREs on ” Improving Coaching Skill – Code: 2012/0732( S )/STGA
& ” Kinabalu Park Tour ( Code : 2012/0733 ( S )/STGA )

7.00a.m.      –      Welcome & Introduction of our Speaker, Ms Lillian Agama by our Facilitator

7.05a.m        –     Talks given by our Speaker on ” Improving coaching skills ”
Stop at Tamparuli 30 minutes for breakfast at own expenses
Continue with ” improving coaching skill” & thereafter 30 minutes Q & A session
between the speaker & participants ( 1 stop for rest room on the way )
Evaluation exercise & to complete feedback form

11.00a.m.       –  ETA Kinabalu Park & rest for 15 minutes

11.15a.m          –  The Speaker will guide the group around Kinabalu Park & brief on
how to do a good tour at K. Park ( CTRE on ” Kinabalu Park Tour ” )
Speaker – Ms Lillian Agama

12.45p.m.      –     Q & A session with Speaker – Kinabalu Park Tour

13.15p.m           –  Lunch at Restaurant Panataran or other nearby restaurant

14.00p.m          –  Leaving for K. Kinabalu & 1 stop for rest room on the way back

16.30p.m            – ETA at Pacific Sutera Hotel car park
Evaluation exercise & to complete feedback form

17.00p.m             – Presentation of both certificates to participants & token of appreciation to our
speaker

17.10p.m              –  End program

Materials: Bring your own ball pen & note- book to write notes

Note: The Organizer, STGA, reserves its right to cancel, amend, postpone or re-schedule

confirmed participants will be informed before the departure date

Dress Code: Please follow the Dress Code

M’sian batik , long or short sleeves or Long or short sleeves shirt
with tie, slacks with formal shoes
& wear your TG Badge

Women
Baju Kurong/kabaya/formal dress/blouse with sleeves, below knee-length skirts
or slacks, smart shoes ( no exposure of toes )
& wear your TG Badge

or

Men & women
STGA T shirts or any short or long-sleeved T shirts with collar, tucked into formal
slacks, closed-in sneakers or walking shoes, no slippers
& wear your TG Badge
