In accordance to our current constitution as per follows:

15.8      If within an hour from the time appointed for the holding of a General Meeting a quorum is not present, the meeting, if convened on the requisition of the members, shall be dissolved it any other case it shall stand adjourned to the same day in the next week at same time and place, or at such adjourned meeting a quorum is not present within half an hour of the time appointed for holding the meeting, the members present shall be the quorum and as announced last week, STGA will be organizing an EGM tomorrow 17th November 2012 at 7.p.m at Kota Kinabalu Wet Land to discuss on the amendment of our constitution as mention in the past notice.
