MORNING SESSION

Venue: Lok Kawi Hindu Temple

6.30a.m- Meet at Lok Kawi Hindu Temple ( own transport )

6.45a.m.- Registration for CTRE on ” Deepavali Festival ” – Code: 2012/0731( E )/STGA

7.00a.m.- Welcome & Introduction of Speaker By our Facilitator

7.05a.m- Presentation By Speaker – Mr Rajan Velayutham ( John Nair )

He will brief on details of the celebration of the festival of light & translate

the event as the presiding priest goes through the ceremony

8.05a.m.- The ceremony ends & refreshment

Continue to Mrs Nathan’s house in Penampang where she will have a

Kolam in front of her house

The Speaker will interpret events, brief on Indian culture, customs &

beliefs

10.30a.m.- Dialogue with Speakers, evaluation exsercise & complete feedback form

11.30a.m.- Presentation of certificates to participants & token of appreciation to

Speaker

End Program

 

AFTERNOON SESSION

Venue: K. K. Wetlands, Likas

2.00p.m.- Registration for CTRE on ” Effective Communication In Tour Guiding ” -Code: 2012/0730 ( S )/STGA

2.30p.m- Welcome & Introduction of Speaker By our facilitator

2.35p.m- Presentation By Speaker – Mr Lim Su Kiong from STGA

4.05p.m.- Tea- break

4.30p.m- Dialogue with Speaker – Q & A session

5.00p.m- Evaluation Exercise/completion of Feedback form by participants

Presentation of Token of Appreciation to speaker/certificates to

participants

5.30p.m- End of program

-Strictly adhere to ” Dress Code ” & wear your TG Badge throughout the course
