Dear Members,

Thank you to those who attended today meeting.

We wish to share what transpire at tonight meeting to those that do not manage to attend.

The Exco begin with an apology to all members. With so many happenings and challenges face in regards to defend our profession, there we some miss communication and only manage to advertise the notice of the meeting in the local paper two weeks before tonight event.

We then decide to proceed with the meeting, with hope to explain the urgency to why the constitution is needed to be amended as soon as possible and to have consensus to adopt the amended constitution. Then to extend the timeline for submission to ROS for comments.

However, We (who attended the meeting) tonight decided to only have tonights meeting as a discussion night to understand the amendment better and make needed improvement. In addition, the quorum is not sufficient.

In the end, the meeting were very positive and some changes were made. Exco will upload the new amendment and call of another date for EGM to adopt the suggested amendment.

We thank you to all members that have given numerous constructive suggestions.

At the end of the day, we hope together we can create a constitution that is acceptable and brings benefit to all.
