Attention Members,

Please be advise that STGA will adhere our existing constitution in regards to dealing with membership renewal. This shall become an Annual Practise. Any late submission after the date shall be treated as Application for New Membership as per STGA Constitution;

Article 5, Clause 5.1.
Every member, shall, between 1st and 31st of January of each year, pay to the Association for such year an Annual Subscription or any outstanding annual subscription, the amount of which shall be fixed by the General Meeting. Any member, who fails or neglects to pay such subscription without any valid reason within one calendar month after receipt of notice in whatsoever mean from the Honorary Secretary requiring such payment, shall thenceforth cease to be a member.

To initiate this process, take note of the following important Standard Operating Procedure;

(GRACE PERIOD UNTIL 31ST JULY)

A. Renewal of Membership 2012 ONLY
TG Member must bring with them;
1 copy I/C
1 copy of Beneficiary I/C.
RM 100 Cash or Bank-in Slip to Maybank acc.No.: 0100 1303 2185 for One Year or
RM 200 for Two Years
Verification of Membership.
Fill up PCD Form with Name of Beneficiary. Attach; Copy of own I/C, Copy of Beneficiary I/C,
Submit completed form with payment.
Collect Receipt with membership no.

Renewal of Membership 2012 after 31st July 2012, shall be considered expired membership and members need to reapply as new members with new membership fee;

B. Application for New Membership or for Expired Membership;
TG Member must bring with them;
1 copy I/C.
1 copy of Beneficiary I/C.
1 Passport Size Photo.
RM 120 Cash or Bank-in Slip to Maybank acc.No.: 0100 1303 2185 New Membership Only OR
For Two (2) years membership: RM 220 Cash or Bank-in Slip to Maybank acc.No.: 0100 1303 2185
Fill up STGA membership form.
Fill up PCD form with Name of Beneficiary. Attach; Copy of own I/C, Copy of Beneficiary I/C.
Submit completed forms with payment.
Collect receipt with New Membership No.
For New Member, it is compulsory to attend Orientation Night organized by STGA or your membership shall not be extended the following year.

Renewal of Membership 2013 Onwards;
Secretariat shall be opened for renewal of membership for Year 2013 from 1st Nov 2012 until 31st Jan 2013.

For STGA members at Sandakan / East Coast
In order to smoothen the process for membership renewal in sandakan. Please be advise, that our representative is allow to sign and give out membership renewal receipt once TG have show prove of bank in slip (payment to be bank in to STGA Account only).

Representative may assist with collection of all completed document and courier it to STGA Secretariat at Kota Kinabalu.

Important Notice (TG Authorization Card Renewal)
STGA wish to advise and encourage all member to renew their TG Authorization Card through online renewal on SPIP system provided by MOTOUR.
