If you happen to make payment on behalf of non-members, other than their Full name, TG No n No of ctre, you need to provide their H/P No. to us in case we need to contact them.
CANCELLATION :
Cancellation will not be entertained after making payment BUT you may opt to attend the next immediate Ctre .
If cancellation is made after the closing date, Rm 10 will be charged to cover the cost of each Cert n admin fee .
STGA reserves the right to cancel, amend, postpone or re-schedule the above programme due to unforeseen or unexpected circumstances

M’sian Batik Shirt
Short or long sleeves or
Short /long sleeves shirt with tie
Slacks or plain long pants with proper shoes
FEMALE:
Baju kurung/Kabaya/proper dress/blouse with sleeves
Knee-length skirts or slacks or plain trousers & closed up shoes
Authorization Card or TG badge to be worn throughout the Ctres
